
I’ve been interested in fitness since I was a junior high school student, running track. Then, at the age of 16(I’m 67 now), I picked up my first weights and a barbell. I was hooked on weight training from that age. I dabbled in variations of weight training, from obtaining strength to excel at sports, to becoming a personal trainer and a bodybuilder.
I have learned a lot. I know you will benefit from my experience.

The Goal Of My Website
Over the past five years, I have noticed that the over-60 gang is getting unhealthier. This is probably due to the lack of proper nutrition, resistance exercise, emotional status, or a combination of the 3. And I’m tired of noticing this trend!
So the purpose and goal of my website are to primarily help those over 60. If you are not in that age range and can benefit from my knowledge of fitness training, that’s great.
I will be concentrating on resistance exercise mostly as I believe this is the fastest way to increase strength, decrease stress and start to feel good.
Although I am not a nutritionist, through my experience, I will also touch a little on the nutrition aspect as to achieve resistance training goals, nutrition plays a big part.
